Happy Groundhog's Day!
According to Punxsutawney Phil we'll have six more weeks of winter. To celebrate we had some friends over for dinner and games. This brings me to my latest random thought. The hardest part of making dinner every day is deciding what to make. I went grocery shopping this morning and still stood in my kitchen this evening drawing a blank. I eventually settled on hambergers and cut vegetables and it seemed to go over well with my family and our guests.

For us it's that or the same things in rotation every week!
thinking of what to make is my least favorite part of dinner as well. Oh, and I think the groundhog may have been wrong . . . It's been almost 80 here the past few days!
